Who Would You Pick-Twilight edition
I wanted to have some fun a couple weeks ago so I started this little series of Who Would You Pick?
I just started noticing lately that a lot of the books I’m reading involve love triangles and quite a number of them aren’t clearly black or white on who the heroine should choose. Both guys all have their good points and are not totally bad. So how about a series of who would you pick if you had the two guys fighting over YOU and why? This week’s pick is Twilight. Edward vs. Jacob
VS. 
For Bella it was totally clear that I wanted her with Edward. Now if they were fighting over me I would have to think about it.
- Jacob seems a lot more fun and easy going. Edward is a little too brooding and sometimes depressing
- If I had to pick between a hot vampire and a hot werewolf I would definitely go with the vampire
- The whole sparkling vampire thing is a turn off though and it would be depressing to always have to live in an over cast area
- But Jacob is kind of immature to me
- If I had to change I think being super strong and practically flying is much cooler than turning into a wolf
- Edward has the awesome car!
So I suppose in the end I would choose Edward and try to get him to lighten up 
What about you? Who would you pick for yourself? Any other pluses and minuses you would add?

I would have chosen Jacob! Nothing can beat a warm were on a cold autumn night
No cold, moody and depressed vampire for me thanks!
+ A werewolf can give a girl an almost normal life, no hiding from the sun or just staying in places with lots of bad weather. One should almost believe that I think they are real LOL.

I think Edward is gorgeous and love Vampires. But after seeing Jacob with his short hair in the new moon trailer I might have to go with him.

I’m sticking with Edward….”loved” him from the books the first time I read them through (which was a few times ago now!). I agree with you though, he needs to lighten up a bit, but then Jacob needs to grow up a bit. Their maturity really comes through (grant it Edward is many MANY years older than Jacob) when vying for Bella’s attention. Jacob keeps trying to out-do Edward, but Edward focuses (mainly) on Bella.

Ladybug & Trisha-for the movie I didn’t like Jacob with the long hair but agree he looks much better with the short hair.

I would pick Jacob hands down. When I first read the books, Edward seemed so creepy to me. And as I got to know more about the characters Jacob would have more in common with me, Edward’s old fashioned sense would annoy me to no end.

100% Edward…for the reasons you listed. Jacob is a good guy, but just a best friend.
Looking at the cast in the movie, I still have to go with Edward. He may have been Cedric Diggory in Harry Potter, but Taylor Lautner will always be Sharkboy.

Edward, no doubt! He’s beautiful and so romantic…
He loves Bella just the way she is, and the best of all, he just wants to see her happy.
He’s a great guy. And I loved him so much because of he’s a vampire of honor.

I liked Edward when I was reading it, but now there’s all this ridiculous Twilight Hype because of the movies…which I couldn’t stand to watch. I liked the books alright, and I liked Edward. But now, when they’re this hugely popular thing, and Rob Pattinson (ick) has become Edward, I really don’t like to think about Twilight too much.
But I enjoy your “Who Would You Pick” posts very much.

I agree. I enjoyed the books a lot before the movie. Pattinson was not how I pictured Edward so I was disappointed.

I would definitely pick Jacob. Someone to cuddle and keep me warm on cold nights, someone to joke and have fun with and my best friend.

I’d like a warm, muscular werewolf in my bed. Team Jacob all the way. Although, I will admit that I was Team Edward at first.

Ah, I’d really love both, you see, but I guess the point is to pick ONE. :O) Ultimately, I’d go with intelligence and restraint over hot and rather bothered but that doesn’t mean Jacob didn’t have his own merits at times.

I honestly think she should have both…. they might not like it but they are both so perfect in different ways.
Failing that Bella could have least had a good fling with Jacob (Edward would have forgiven her!! lol)
