I wanted to have some fun a few weeks ago so I started this little series of Who Would You Pick?
I just started noticing lately that a lot of the books I’m reading involve love triangles and quite a number of them aren’t clearly black or white on who the heroine should choose. Both guys all have their good points and are not totally bad. So how about a series of who would you pick if you had the two guys fighting over YOU and why? This week’s pick is the Wicked Lovely series by Melissa Marr. Which by the way has been picked up for a movie!

It’s been awhile since I read Wicked Lovely and Fragile Eternity so help me out a little. If you were Aislinn or if you had Seth and Keenan fighting over you who would you pick? I would definitely go with Seth.
- Keenan is a fairy king and has the natural attraction
- Seth has always been there for Aislinn and would pretty much do anything for her
- Keenan has the whole Donia/sort of in love with another woman in addition to wanting Aislinn
- But Keenan in general really isn’t a bad guy. He does truly seem to want Aislinn and want her to be happy
- Seth has all those piercings which I definitely am not into
- Stick with Keenan and you are Queen with all the perks
- Stick with Seth and you live in a trailer
- Keenan has that sexy fairy otherworldliness thing going
So really I would still stick with Seth but are there any Keenan supporters out there? What about you? Who would you have picked for yourself?
Past Who Would You Pick posts. Check them out and comment if you haven’t already:

Seth. The natural attraction to Keenan… it just creeps me out. If it was me (it’s not) I would be confused as to whether I truly like him, or whether it’s his magic mojo working.
No-brainer: SETH. But I wish I could pick Irial <3 instead!!! ;D
Liyana-I totally agree. It’s hard to tell if it’s natural chemistry or some fairy mojo going on.
Sab H-hmmm…going to have to go back and re-read. I don’t remember who Irial is.
I like them both, but I just think Keenan is misunderstood. LOL! I dunno… I’m a big Keenan fan.
Sab H. I totally agree – I would love to have Irial!
Another series I really need to read! I have the first two on my shelves. But, I made a promise to myself that I wasn’t going to start any new series until I finish the few I’m reading!
That would be a tough choice!
After reading INK EXCHANGE, I’d have to pass. I like the dark court better.
I’m going to have to read Ink Exchange. I’ve only read Wicked Lovely and Fragile Eternity. Maybe that’s why I’m drawing a blank on Irial?
Yes, INK EXCHANGE stood out as very different. I really loved it. The author took sort of bad characters and made them likable. To me, this showed her real talent. It, to me, was the best book out of the first two. I haven’t read the last one.
I love books where the “bad” guys actually seem to redeem themselves or become likeable. It makes the story more interesting as we see how it comes about.
Oh Seth. Definitely, definitely Seth!
